UV Light Fluorescent products appear in different colours under normal light (room light, sun light, etc… But when exposed to UV Black Lights, they start to glow in different colours. Switch off the UV Black light and they revert back to the regular color.

How bright is the Glow?

Brightness of the Glow for UV Fluorescent products depend on:

a) Brightness of the UV Black Lights
There are many types of UV lights. However we find the 4 feet fluorescent type as the most effective for covering a room.

b) Proximity of the UV material to the UV Black lights
The closer the lights are to the UV products, the brighter it will glow.

c) Brightness of the normal room lights
Surrounding lights, tend to drown out the UV lights effectiveness. If the UV effects are to be seen in a bright room, you would need more UV black lights in
order to get the same glow effects.

What are the practical uses for UV Light Fluorescent?

The raw material comes in powder form. This makes it possible to mix the UV powder with other materials like paint, plastic, wax, glass and more… UV powder works well when mixed with any material that is clear or semi transparent.

UV Light Reactive powder appears in different colors, in its normal state. When exposed to UV Black Lights, they will fluorescence in different colours. Remove the UV lights and they revert back to their original colors.

UV Fluorescent paints are the product of choice for rave or other events, which require bright neon colours, in semi lit environments like most entertainment joints. They are also commonly used in the production of for face and body paints.

What is the lifespan for UV Fluorescent material?

The lifespan for the UV Fluorescent effect is more than 20 years. All it needs is exposure to UV Black lights and it will glow in the dark repeatedly. But once it is applied as a paint or additive in other materials, the lifespan depends on the natural wear and tear of the end product.
