Participation in all areas of this Auction with the exception of the Discussion Area, requires registration. Registration is open only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Our services are not available to minors or suspended users.

Our Charges

This is a free site. We do not charge for posting, bidding or selling, but this may change in the near future.

Disclaimer

Items available for sale in this Auction House have been placed by independent sellers, dealers or individuals who have no connection with E-Commerce Services or Pete's Luminous Creations, or its subsidiaries or employees. With that said and done, we cannot be held responsible for any dangerous, illegal, forbidden or banned item or service, that is displayed in this Auction. We will however remove such items or services if it is brought to our attention. If you come across such an item or service, kindly let us know by Email.

Buyers

When you Bid on an Item, you are entering into an agreement with the seller, that you will purchase the item, at your last bid price and agree to the conditions of sale listed by the seller in the item's description box. You cannot retract a bid. Penalty for retracting a bid would be to have your details placed on our Black Listed Page. You are encouraged to contact the seller as many times to clarify any doubts or questions you might have on the item.

Sellers

When you place an item up for sale in this Auction House, you acknowledge that the item belongs to you and that you have a legal right to sell that item and that you will bear all responsibilities for the listing of that item. When putting an item up for auction, you must provide detailed information of that item and terms of sale, in the item's description box. Once an item is posted, changes can only be made to the name or description of the item. Prices cannot be changed. You are obligated to sell the item to the highest bidder unless your reserve price was not met. Penalty for backing out on a sale would be to have your details placed on our Black Listed Page.

Safe Trading

This Auction Site was created with one thing in mind. A safe place for honest Buyers and Sellers, to do business. You can do your part by leaving feedback on others you have worked with.

No Warranty

E-Commerce Services (hosting-server.net), Pete's Luminous Creations (glo-net.com) and our Partners, provide our Web Site and Services "AS IS" and without any Warranty or Condition, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. We and our Partners specifically disclaim any implied warranties of Title, Fitness for a particular purpose and Non Infringement.

Liability

In no event shall E-Commerce Services (hosting-server.net), Pete's Luminous Creations (glo-net.com), or our partners be liable for lost profits or any special incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our site, our services, or this agreement (however arising, including negligence).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold E-Commerce Services (hosting-server.net), Pete's Luminous Creations (glo-net.com) and (as applicable) our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Legal Compliance

You shall comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of our service and your bidding on, listing, purchase, solicitation of offers to purchase, and sale of items.

Independent

You and E-Commerce Services are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.

Privacy

When registering with us for the use of our services, we collect the following information from you:

3. Your Address
4. Your Phone Number
5. Your IP Address

This information is collected for the purpose of User Identification. This information would be used by us in the following ways:

1. provide users the ability to monitor their account activity
2. prevent unwanted access to our services
3. contact you in the event of disputes or issues concerning this auction
4. sent to the relevant law agencies if required by law

This information would never be sent or sold to any other agencies or mailing lists.
